Return and Refund Policy – Lantern Market
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@lanternmarket-store.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return the item(s).
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Personalized items, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products that have been opened, and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Do not send items back without first contacting us. We will reply with the return instructions and address.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Under EU law, you also have a legal guarantee of conformity for goods that are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra business days for the funds to appear. The original standard shipping cost is refunded when you return the entire order within the withdrawal period.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original and place a new order.
